LISMULLIGAN FRIESIANS

The Lismulligan Friesian herd accounts for nearly 100 milkers at
North Cassingray Farm
The herd average is 6612kg at 4.36% fat and 3.33% protein with a 400 day CI
Longevity is key with over 30 cows (27%) of the herd in their
sixth lactation and above
This leaves both the Lismulligan Friesians and the Adams Friesians (Adam Lawson's own stock) ideally placed to sell stock whether that be bulls with proven dams or females from cows still in the herd.

Although shows for the British Friesian are relatively limited the herd has enjoyed great success of late.

Lismulligan Priscilla 48, daughter of Priscilla 41, sold for 3900gns at our July sale. She had been reserve junior champion at Livestock Event.

Lismulligan Gambler is now BFV88 with BFE90 Dairy Strength
He is a Deangate Prince 2 son from our Gay family, his dam being the BFE92-4E Lismulligan Gay 66

Lismulligan Rocket is BFE94 with BFE96 Rump and BFE95 for both Body and Dairy Strength
He is by Ridgewardine Durban from the BFE91-2E Lismulligan Renee 81 and has already bred 56 daughters at Lismulligan and Adams

His first daughter Adams Clementine 68 is now BFG+83 (March 2013)

Lismulligan Mufasa is BFV85 with BFV88 Rump
As our Junior stock bull, Mufasa is only just over 2 yrs old and already VG85
He is sired by Grietman and from the herd stalwart Lismulligan Myra 27

In 289 days she gave 6,044kg at 4.47% fat and 3.36% protein
She is now dry and due March 2012

Her 2011 show successes include:-
1st Junior Cow in Milk and British Friesian Champion Dairy Event
1st and Any other Breed Champion at West Fife
Any Other Breed Reserve Champion Fife
